Melinda Scott (Licensed Massage Therapist)

My name is Melinda Scott. For me massage is more than a luxury—it is a vital pillar of physical performance and long-term health. Raised in the rich healing traditions of China and Indonesia, I was introduced to bodywork as a functional necessity from a young age. This upbringing provided me with early exposure to powerful recovery tools like cupping, myofascial scraping, and medicated massage, which now I integrates into modern athletic recovery.

My transition into professional therapy was driven by a mission to resolve my husband’s chronic back pain. This experience sparked a deep-seated passion for clinical healing and a rigorous commitment to understanding the mechanics of physical recovery and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Because of this personal journey, I approach every athlete and client with genuine empathy and a results-driven mindset, understanding exactly how physical limitations can impact daily performance.

I provide a versatile range of treatments tailored to the individual, with a primary focus on high-impact clinical work including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Assisted Stretching. Whether the goal is to rehabilitate specific ‘problematic’ muscle groups or accelerate post-training recovery, I integrate cultural heritage with clinical precision to restore peak functional performance.

Adam Salouane (Licensed Massage Therapist)

I focus on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and optimize performance through techniques such as deep tissue work, stretch therapy, and cupping. Whether working with athletes or individuals recovering from physical strain, I tailor each session to support recovery, prevent injury, and enhance overall movement.

I’m passionate about helping people stay active, move efficiently, and perform at their best.

My experience in a spa setting has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients, giving me the ability to adapt each session based on individual needs.

I’m committed to continuous growth and learning, always working to bring more effective techniques to the table. My approach goes beyond the session. I focus on helping clients maintain progress through movement, stretching, and practical recovery strategies.
